That's it. No more chances. Been coming here everyday for awhile. It's gotten to the point my order is wrong more than right. The manager girl with brown hair is very rude and short. I've come before and gotten someone's else's order only to hand them the order back with my receipt and still get my food wrong. The morning crew after the nightshift goes home is great. I've worked for McDonald's before in a much busier area these things are not hard to get right. You've lost my business. I'm a regular you should not be getting the exact same order wrong this often. Will go elsewhere unfortunately
EDIT: I want to clarify I'm always here after 10pm so my experience has been with the nighttime shift. The dinner/lunch crew has been polite and the food has been correct. Their is another manager with brown hair that is longer than the overnight managers and she is a delight to deal with. The manager that primarily works overnights is a nasty rude person. Rumor has it they quote incorrect prices during the night audit and pocket the money too. Might wanna get on that corporate.🤷
We ordered drinks only on the mobile app and showed up in the drive thru when the store had no one else in line. The manager at the window said she could not give us our drinks while her system rebooted. The system had already charged us and could not give our money back for 72 hours but she refused to give us our drinks. She said to circle around the building and get back in line so she could serve the other vehicles that ordered paying cash and that she would get back to us and said it would only be 5-10 minutes. We decided to wait since we couldnt get our money. She then was not able to move the line for another 25 minutes. We were trapped in the drive thru unable to leave. What should have been a 5 minute drink stop ruined our night from a hateful manager that should have never made us get back in line to wait after paying. She easily could have pulled us aside to prioritize our order instead of being rude and putting us at the back of the line.
My wife and I stopped here for breakfast for the start of a long drive and the woman who took our order and our card was very rude to us for no reason. She was rushing us right at the start and with no cars behind us and sounded very annoyed when asking, "is that all?" anytime my wife spoke. The person who actually handed us our food though was very nice.
Food is McDonald's.
Waited for 20 mins for a DoorDash order to be told they didn’t have it. A worker passed me several times and never once asked what I needed until I spoke up.

not the friendliest staff for sure but the food is always hot and fresh. They always get my order correct. The store is kinda dirty
