McDonald's

When we are on roadtrip and pass through Page we always visit this McDonald's. We always order to go, inside, using these mega huge ordering boards. 4 years, every year at least one visit, they always do not give us cups for drinks. We always have to go back and ask. Also the fries were never salty. Once we went back and asked for salt. They looked at us like we were crazy. We are from Europe, we do not know if it is something local in USA that they protect people from eating salty things. In reality we do not care, just give us a tiny little bag of salt. This year (2023) a lady who helped us to order was very very nice. She improved the image of this local McDonald's. I must mention that the choices are very limited compared to Europe. No salads, no vegetarian options (I don't mean fish).

Very clean and new. Cashier where friendly and courteous. Fresh brew coffee was perfect way start the day. We dine in. Restroom very clean.

Warm, fast breakfast when passing through. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. A friendly staff lady took my order and got it to me like literally 2 minutes later. Overall, fast and friendly service.

Soo today after work, I was super hungry and decided to head on over to McDonald's for a large fries. Been thinking about crunchy fresh fries since this afternoon. Entered McDonald's and noticed that nobody looked happy and the mood was off and I didn't even get a greeting. Anyways I was very dissatisfied with the fries I received because it was so so salty and greasy that I couldn't even enjoy it. Never again!!

Horrible customer service. And they always forget to give food or give you the wrong order at the drive. Then when you call them to let them know because 20 minutes away they don’t answer and when they do you can’t even understand what they say. Horrible service overall. If they had negative stars I’d give them that.
