Really liked the room (and seeing my name on the welcome screen on the TV). This hotel is only over 1 year old (as of review) and everything is done well and the staff are friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the tub seemed backed up and wouldn't drain properly. Probably a one off and would visit again.

Had a mobile order of two chicken sandwich meals that were exactly the same. Attendant handed me my drinks and then I asked if we could please have ketchup with our meal . They then asked to pull into a waiting spot, which was no problem, especially since he said they were making fresh sandwiches. After about 10min they brought me a bag of food which felt rather light. I opened it and there were no fries. I got the ladies attention to let her know. She said she would be back with them. After 5 more min the guy that I had asked for ketchup brings the fries and I asked, any chance there's ketchup in there? He said no, I'll bring you some. He goes back in then comes back out with a handful of ketchup. I get home and the "fresh" chicken sandwich I had to wait for was old and mostly breading. Fries were old. Just overall not a good experience 😕

It’s McDonalds, the food is the same everywhere. But Johnny is the best part of our experience every time. He is always working exceptionally hard and always has a good attitude and positive energy about him. He also has great customer service skills. If I had a business of my own I would try to hire him in a heartbeat. 6 stars to Johnny. Give that man a raise

This place is either great or the worst. There's not really an in-between. Staff over the summer were phenomenal. You could tell they were short staffed and working their tails off. The recent folks working... I don't even know how they get themselves dressed in the morning. The bizarre reasoning behind unnecessary actions blew my mind last week.

Egregious....lol ! I had to Google it to spell it! But no joke this is hands down the worst of the worst here. I've been there 3 different occasions and not once has the food been to par. ( And I set the bar pretty low just for them ) The staff is very unfriendly. Forget about a special order. Food received is always wrong. This is what a ten dollar meal looks like. Only I didn't take a pic of the warm drink or the cold fries. Only upside is that the place is nicely air conditioned and reasonably clean.
