Ordered two fries but only received one. Didn’t realize that until back at home. I suggest verifying everything before leaving for pickup orders. Edit: bumping up one star because a manager reached out with an offer. I was able to use the offer even though they were out of both bottled water and chocolate milk for an order.

Food is usually fresh which is nice. However, whatever size fry you want, get the smaller size, that's what you'll get regardless of what you order. I usually get a large, but stopped at this location bc no matter the time of day I have gone my fries are a size smaller, in the large container, but not even close to filled so I just get the medium, which is more than a small, but not quite a medium....every single time. Other than that, great service and fresh food

Asked for no onions and they put them in between the patties! I’ve never seen a McDonald’s do this even when onions are ordered. It was intentional and the people of this McDonald’s DESERVE to be replaced by robots. Can’t wait until fast food becomes automated and orders are made correctly.

Tried ordering through my McDonald’s app at this location today. I have never had any other issues with Amy other location. My husband (Hispanic) went to pick it up and provided the code and everything and the woman told him that someone already picked it up and it wasn’t her problem that they didn’t have our food. She was very very rude to him. But yet when I (white) go inside instead they say that they have the order and it will be ready soon? Man at the front counter was very very nice. However these women need an attitude check.
