McDonald's

12/5/23 Better experience this morning. Sausage biscuit was fresh, got my ice on the side and both the windows with different cashiers were so much nicer. Ty Went for breakfast and they had a few ice cubes floating at the top of my drink. Kind of looked like when you have a drink sitting out for hours with melted ice. I would have just took a side of ice but the server gave off a vibe like i should just take my stuff and go. The chick who served me with the visor and ponytail had a bad attitude like I offended her that I was confused by why they would serve that. I stayed nice and polite. Not a big deal until I forgot my coffee and had to drive back around she was talking about me with her nose turned up when I came back. Maybe gossip away from the window? Lol. Maybe have someone else do the window...not a great way to start folks mornings.

Food and service was good. The female manager in the back screaming at a certain employee made it to where we didn't want to be there. No wonder employees leave.

My food was cold. My soda was warm...tasted watered down like all the ice melted. I had one Big Mac combo. You gave me food that had been sitting. So that was a waste of $10. I won't be back.

I went in to get the mcchicken bundle and asked for four coffees, a chocolate milk, and a sweet tea. I didn’t have enough for the coffees and asked for two spicy chickens with no lettuce instead of the regular. They ended up giving me the coffees anyways and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they didn’t give the chocolate milk and the two spicy mcchickens still had lettuce on them. So even before they realized I didn’t have enough for the coffee they already ruined my order and have no care whatsoever about what they give people. Not to mention the employees were rude and snarky. Also the coffees Taste burnt. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

So the food was great...when it arrived. The wait was incredibly long, and if it was a busy location it would be understandable, but it was dead. The main issue I noticed was lack of employees. It looked like maybe 4 people total working, and that isn't typical of any McDonald's so I'm not sure what the issue is. Either way, if you visit this location prepare for a long wait, but the food will be fresh and delicious.
