Hahahahaha. All I can do is laugh. My son ordered nuggets which were smaller than normal and shaped funny. Said they tasted the same. But got my mcrib on a hamburger bun and ice cold. Like almost frozen. I guess McDonald's isn't really known for attention to detail anyways. Should have known better than to choose to stop there. All stores have been on a serious decline on recent years.
This has got to be the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. Every time I go, there’s some new problem this time my fries were barely cooked they were jiggly wiggly. I go here very few and far between, hoping that they’ve gotten better to only be let down again.
i have had a good handful of bad experiences here but nothing like this one. my kid sister has had trouble with getting on the bus lately and i told her that if she got on the bus with no troubles that i would get her fries- mcdonald’s fries are her favorite. she got on the bus with no issues so i went today around 3:50 pm to get her the promised fries. i waited in the line at the order machine in the drive through for 20 minutes without anyone saying anything to me nor the car next to me in the other line. at this point i’m very frustrated. i pulled around to park so i could go inside (no one was at EITHER window) and when i got inside the girl at the register- i believe her name was kayla- was very short and rude to me. i ordered the fries and waited about another ten minutes. when i got the fries they were OLD and refried fries. burnt and way too hard. i tried to call and leave a complaint and when i called TWICE no one answered. get it together mcdonald’s. y’all are lucky that y’all are easy food after a long day.
I ordered a bunch of McChickens, but the lettuce was brown and obviously old and made the whole sandwich taste like dirt. Literally made me sick to my stomach- I will never go to this McDonald’s again…in addition, the service is always terrible here. Everyone that works here acts like it’s an inconvenience for you to pull up and order something, like it’s not in their job description…extremely rude!
Quite possibly one of the most challenging experiences that we have ever had at a McDonald's. For starters we were in line for approximately 45+ minutes from the time we got in line until we pulled away with our correct order. In the process they had an issue with an app code, had to get the manager involved (who was very friendly) and ultimately left out 4 sauces that they charged us extra for. We are also not sure why their inside is not open when every other restaurant seems to be operating normally which would likely ease the drive through congestion. The owners/operators really need to work with their staff to bring the consistency up to the rest of the McDonald's that we visit. Maybe avoid this location unless you have 30+ minutes for "fast food"...
