I like their milkshakes and burgers. I love to go here if it's past 10 and I'm wanting some food. The burgers are a reliable choice and the shakes are good. I like to get 2 double cheeseburgers and a large chocolate shake for 10 bucks

They charge $ for a simple water cup. What fast food restaurant in Boise charges for a water cup? They moved the soda machine to behind the counter so switching to charging for a water cup makes no sense.

This place is managed and run by some of the most inept people on the planet. Orders are almost never correct, and today I ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffin and was given both of them with no egg. Seriously? And these are the people who desperately need to make 15-20 an hour. If you can’t manage to do this job, good luck anywhere else. This place should just close down. Hang it up. You suck.

McDonald’s consistently is unprepared at lunch time to deliver a Quarter Pounder (primary food item) through the window without making me wait in a holding spot. Otherwise great experience, but an opportunity to move into a five star experience.
