Spent almost $4 on a large French fry and this is what I pulled out of the bag after I drove away. And they were cold. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s and had a good experience in a long time. I have no idea why I keep going back even just for the convenience.
Arrived at 0900 and left at 0926. I felt this location deserves a much higher rating. The staff was very friendly to me and my service dog. The space McDonalds occupies is also a lot cleaner than other locations. I think the bad reviews are from the up tight ppl who live in Castle Rock with nothing better to complain about. It’s McDonald’s not a miracle 💯
This mccdonalds had amazing service. From the young man who took the order and money to the young lady who gave out the food. Smiles and kindness are very hard to come by. I appreciate their great service. We could use that kind of service in the springs for sure. Great job

Bland coffee , overcooked hash browns, and I got a lovely smashed fly (bug) under my coffee lid to go with my coffee . Bugs just taste so good with my coffee thanks guys. NOT! I will be complaining to corporate!
Edit: So I have updated my review to a 3 star since they actually made several attempts to contact me and make it right and I even got a letter from the owner stating his apologies and how they will make it better and provided a free meal coupon . Thank you so much for being proactive on this matter since this is also important to everyone’s health. Bugs (especially flies) can transmit H. Pylori when they come into contact with you or your food. The Owners letter also stated he personally discussed these concerns with his staff and restaurant manager and will make every effort to better these issues. Thank you for taking a step to make improvements for the health of all your customers. 🙌
I placed an order. Charged twice as much as what was billed on the screen, didn't find out until I saw on my bank statement, likely charged for someone else's food. Got to the window, was given the wrong food and no drink. Gave it back. Was given a drink that tasted like toilet water, and two half cooked burgers that were literally bleeding in the paper...thought it was ketchup at first, no part raw burgers. Didn't even know that these guys cooked these things from raw, so I suppose that is positive that they start with raw ground beef... Seriously though. Really frustrated.
