McDonald's

Not disappointed, it's McDonalds. I set my bar low when I come to this place as it is my last resort, but when you're in a time crunch, this place will get you by. Again remember, SET THE BAR LOW, because if you have any expectations of coming into the presence of excellence, you'll be disappointed. My order ended up like this and half the order was wrong and when I consolidated the fries back into their place, their wasnt even a full carton. But hey it's McDonalds. 🤷‍♂️

They get orders wrong about a quarter of the time. But they don't question any problems. They just instantly make it right, and that's what matters. That's why I gave 5 stars. The staff is very helpful.

I'm not one to expect much when it comes to fast food, and have admittedly had extremely mixed experiences in the past, but we really liked the food here. It didn't take long to order the food, and the staff brought it out fairly quickly. The staff was also very friendly. While it's pretty expensive for three people to eat here, we had a pretty solid experience!

Drive thru experience - The first window was empty, no one there. So i assumed that i will pay at second window and take the ordered items. High school kid takes my card and disappears, “without” telling me that he has to go another location to charge it. Comes back after few minutes gives the food and i ask where is the card.. he says inside the bag. Least bothered kid with attitude Spoke to manager and asked her to educate the kid on how to communicate and told her to teach him not to show attitude. Date : 11/24/23, time served around 2pm est

Everything was over salted. It was not quite to the point of being inedible but it was not pleasant. No one was at the counter so I put in the order at the kiosk and ran my own credit card. I suppose I gave myself excellent service but McDonald's provided none. The only human interaction was the person who brought the food to the table but did not say a word. The atmosphere was conspicuous by its absence.
