McDonald's

Tonight was a complete cluster. Waited inside at the front counter for over 20 minutes for order of chicken nuggets a large Sprite and a fry. Stat- * 2/27/2023 Time 7:00 pm ------Previous Review-----& Star*** Service is a bit slow at this location compared to other McDonald's in the state. Asked for coffee and was told they would have to check in the drive thru. They.never checked and I didn't get coffee I needed 6 large coffees this visit. I ended up going to the gas station for coffees ! That's the reason for one star service.

Ordered through the app. Went to pick it up 20 mins later and stood in store for 30 mins for cold fries and food. Mainly went for children's boo buckets and absolutely regretted it.

I was the only one at ordering sign. No one bothered to take order. Drove on up and ordered at Window. Got to next window and was told by a smart-alec blond with a bose ring to pull to the next window to wait. I wait over 10 min for a simple Big Mac and fries. Nothing special. When she came to car, still a smart alec and no apology that the service is awful. This McDonald's is one of the worst. Not going back. Each time I come there the staff is so unfriendly and lazy. They act as if you are a bother for naking them put a patty and some condiments on a bun. Owner should be ashamed but you can tell they don't care about what they hire or the service they provide. All about money, could care less about the customer. The attitude is so what you don't eat here, other people will. That is why McDonald's will never be like it was intended to be.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Extremely slow service and half the time they get the order wrong. It’s almost worth driving 30 minutes to the next closest mcdonalds

We waited in line for over 30 minutes and when we finally got our food the fries was extremely cold the burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted at all the chicken nuggets were rubber cold and our mocha frappe's that were supposed to be cold were melted and warm. We paid a lot for uneatable and undrinkable food and drinks. Horrible service and I don't think we were the only unhappy customers.
