McDonald's

This establishment is notably hygienic. Although there is no drive-thru option, it remains a convenient stop for plaza shoppers. Don’t expect fine dining quality food as it is fastfood. They have excellent customer service.

Very well maintained. Fast ordering. Clean and everyone is working. Workers are polite and curious. Did not see any young workers most are older probably why everything is fast and quick. Recommend this McDonald's to those who are traveling.

I was driving west on I-84 and saw a billboard advertising McD locations at Exits 15, 8, and 4. In bold capital letters they advertised EZ OFF and EZ ON. It's NOT EZ off or EZ on. It's in a large strip mall complex with some 40 stores including a Stop n Shop and parking for some 500 cars. There's no high Golden Arch sign to point you to where they are. The parking lot was packed when I turned in and had to visually find the restaurant and parking. Going out of the strip mall there are FOUR turning lanes and you'd better be in the correct left-turning lane (of which there are two) because you have 250 yards before you need to turn right to be back onto the Interstate. Why say EZ? That's my problem.

Haven’t been in a McDonald’s in many years. I went in with my young son and waited at the counter to order. We were the only ones there. Three people behind the counter ignored me, just standing there. No one took my order and they all looked past me deliberately or chatted with each other 2 feet away from me. I waited about 60-90 seconds, I was about to say something, when I saw a screen behind me saying, “order here.” I never saw it coming in, multiple employees were there, not busy and not working, they said nothing to me, didn’t even acknowledge my presence. It definitely felt deliberate, like they are tired of telling people to your order on the big screen, that’s placed behind your back from the counter. I walked out without ordering and won’t go back. It’s McDonald’s, it’s cheap, unhealthy food and people are paid poorly, so why care I guess. I just pissed me off.

Very busy stop off of the highway, bathrooms messy but available. Unsweet tea ordered... and the container was all sweet tea. Gave me a medium cup instead of a large, too. They need to keep a better eye out on service.
