McDonald's

After this McDonald’s reopened I thought it might be better , but after todays visit I can tell you it looks really nice inside but the service is horrible. They really want you to use the kiosk, so they take there time coming up to the register it’s horrible !!! And my order wasn’t right !!! Sorry McDs y’all are overpaid at this point

Took over ten minutes for the employees to stop LOUDLY yakking to one another before they even realized they had a line in front of the registers. Once they finally realized, the clerk had an issue with the register and needed someone else to fix it. They were talking so loudly that the clerk had to attempt three times before that individuals attention was given. Received my two McDoubles promptly…. Great! Right? No! The meat was cold and old on both the burgers. Had to throw them out. I will never eat here again. Ever. Atmosphere? If you call a VERY LOUD gossip session a good atmosphere, then you found yourself the best atmosphere in town!!!

Stopped here on the way back from Destin, FL yesterday. I must say I was little disappointed. I think it's several reason why we are not getting quality of service from pre-pandemic. Most places are understaffed, and the staff they have are either not trained well enough, or they are just trying to get anybody to come to work. With the being said We went inside and ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce, and a fish filet with no tarter sauce, and no salt on the fries to go. We got the order, no sauce was in the back or ketchup. Get to the car, and the fish filet had tarter sauce on it. I took it back in, and the guy that took it from me told them to drop a new fish filet, and told me it would be about 2 minutes. But another worker brings me the one I guess that should have been given to me in the first place. When I got it, it seems the slice of cheese was placed at the edge. I used to work at McDonald's, and normally on the fish filet, it's a half of piece of cheese in the center. As you can see in the picture that was not the case. Please train the workers better, and encourage them to have pride in their work. When I used to work at McDonald's the minimum wage was like $3.75, but I never would let no customer get anything like this. I'm not going to give a bad rating, as I think this can be correct.

Worst McDonalds experience EVER! Everyone who works there either needs to be trained how to actually do their job or just fired. What a disgusting disgrace! I didn’t even get what I ordered and it was old rock hard food neither my husband or I could even eat this filthy disgusting stuff that we paid for. Awful!!!! NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD FROM A TRASH CAN!!! Also, had to wait over 20 minutes while being the only people in line and we got old food. The meals cost too much per person to not even get something edible! I never write reviews but I had to write about this disgusting filthy store what a shame and terrible mark on the McDonalds chain. I’ll never go to McDonalds again!

The order was wrong, the employee had an attitude. They were playing around instead of working. The manager was loud and rude as well. My food was thrown together and wrong. Would absolutely not go back.
