McDonald's

It is the first time I come here, friendly staff, very good customer service. I didn't wait long for my food. This restaurant is inside the store, it has a playground and the place looks clean. I forgot to mention that you can also order by drive thru.

This is by far the worst experience I've had. Nothing about this looks appealing. Managers make sure food is staying fresh and not sitting to be reused.

I did rate this spot 5 out of 5 before but as of the remodeling, quality service has gone down. My last experience which out me to the point of having to redo my previous rating was going through the drive through, placing my order and seeing it on the screen but when I went to pay the person didn't see the proper order. As I was going through the order, I was cut off charged a lower price at which looking through the receipt didn't have my order only my spouses. I understand new employees and such but the person was being observed by someone else and if this were a true training should have stepped in especially once I voiced the price was too low and that they missed my order. My suggestion to any customers is to verify on the screen, once they ring you up make sure the numbers match and when you get your food, just double check the correct items are in the order. They might be having some newer workers and might be getting too flustered especially since this McDonald's gets rather busy.

The fries were cold, and the poor guy at the drive-thru was trying to do everything. There were people next to him just messing around, laughing, and talking. People say it's short-staffed, but I think it's management. They need better management!

Place sucks, food always cold and undercooked, always have to park after drive thru and wait til they can bring it to me cold. Not convenient when someone else is in spot they said to park in
