McDonald's

Folks at both windows were nice. Second window explained that the kitchen was behind due to cleaning. if you're going to have me wait nearly 10 mins with only one other person in line, at least fill up the fries.

Another finely crafted burger....NOT! It was not busy. It looks like they opened the cardboard box and tossed each piece from about 5'3" away. I could be wrong, and maybe Ace Ventura delivered them. Food was brought to us by a friendly employee. The fries were cooked but cold, definitely not fresh.

I live right around the corner from this McDonald's and without fail every single time I try to go, I place my mobile order, pull up, and they tell me they are no longer serving food. I always go before 10 PM and the hours state 12 AM as closing yet I am never served. As someone in the food industry, it is really disheartening to have an order placed and confirmed just to pull up to find out my order was never intended to be filled. Update your hours or hire enough staff to support your operating hours. McDonald's makes enough money do better.

Ordered one Mcdouble and two large drinks. Waited for 20 minutes then asking the cashier about the order. When the cashier asked the manager who was expediting orders the manager said its not her problem they are waiting for 20 minutes Upon receiving the Mcdouble and going to unwrap the burger half the ketchup was on wrapper. One of the patties of meat was half way off the rest of the burger. This is McDonald's so standards are pretty low when getting food here but they managed to exceed expectation and lower the bar for me. Removing drink machines out front for a more personable experience while having leadership that doesn't care about the customer.

They made me wait 10 minutes to get my doordash order and still wouldn't give it to me in the drive through. Who ever was in drive through as of this time should be written up. I told him it's a doordash order 3 times through the speaker and couldn't hear me.
