Not the fault of the store. (⬅️MY disclaimer) The
"corporation made app" does not work. The food order is not associated with the vehicle parking place. Order was perfect ($75 worth), 4 times in a row! Tonight the app crashed hard. No orders would go through. so we went to the drive-thru. The food was made horribly. Fries are only filled 3/4 full (4 large fries that way, or so salty they are inedible) wax paper on my burger and onions are on 2 of 8 burgers ordered. I was asked 4 separate times to make sure I wanted no onions. And it was still messed up. All but a handful of orders for the last 4 YEARS made through the drive-thru has been meet up in some way, sadly.
The manager is so completely inept and unprofessional, making an potential employee wait 3 HOURS for an interview that was scheduled at 1:15pm. Then doesn't have the sense or courtesy to ask the candidate to reschedule. Just let her sit there. Will not be going here. If the manager cannot handle her own schedule, how can be she be expected to run a restaurant? I fear for the cleanliness and and safety of this particular McDonald's.
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for 2 years and at first it was the most horrible McDonalds I’ve been to, then people’s attitudes, mainly female, but now 2 years later, I have seen the place get slightly better, it’s a hit or miss with the food tasting good, only reason I am writing this review today was I waited in the summer time heat at drive thru for my order it was a long time, however my Big Mac and Fries were prefect, whomever made my Big Mac today like it was perfect not messy almost looked like the Big Macs on TV and the fries were perfect… whomever worked 6/30/23 at 4:30 👏

You can tell the store has a high employee turnaround (especially of you are local) because the overall quality changes periodically.
One month the food will actually be high tier with minimal wait times. The next month the burgers will be dry/they stop answering their drive-through at 10/etc
I will say that the breakfast has never failed me and always has been really good.
They have new management who seems to be making efforts to improve the speed and customer service at this location but as of now there is a very long ways to go before it'll shed the unchallenged title of worst Micky D's around. Most of the employees are still great when they actually do talk to you but don't ever be surprised if you stand at the register for ten minutes with everyone in the kitchen actively avoiding looking in your direction.
