I waited for 20 minutes for my dine in order. Normally I wouldn't think twice about this, but this time I stayed standing and waiting for the food because there were no table markers. As I stood waited and watched the workers I noticed that there was only one person working. A young gentleman named Payton was busting his balls while the 2 individuals putting meals together were on and off their phones giggling with each other. Keep it up Payton.
Their McAfee machine was down and I didn't find out until after I had put in my online order. The lady at the counter was friendly though. She offered me an iced coffee instead. Never had an iced coffee from McDonald's before. Wasn't half bad.
Ghetto location, drive thru very slow. If you're not taking orders from a certain speaker at least put a cone so that I don't have 3 people served before me at the other one 🙃 I almost backed at and moved to the other one before I finally just had to yell out at the speaker to receive service?? 🙃 I already pre-ordered on the app so servicing me at the speaker took two seconds but a 10 minute wait just to talk to someone and give them my voice code
12/03/23 around 7:30pm we visited the dining room. The service was insanely slow, employees played on their phones the whole time, helped customers with an attitude. Peyton was the only worker actually doing his job, going above & beyond, offering customers assistance & restocking things that were empty. Seems like everyone else is standing around while Peyton was pulling all the weight. I hate to see that & feel really bad for the kid but I appreciate his work ethic. I'd give just Peyton a 5 star review & deserves some recognition. The two younger girls putting together orders & working upfront had their backs to customers the whole time, playing on their phones, giggling, & talking about their bras. They'd rather slack off than actually get customers their orders out in a timely manner.
