Mavis Tires & Brakes

I experienced a three tire blow and rim damage. My insurance company recommended Mavis Tire and brakes in Eunice La. I’d never heard of Mavis before but I had no choice due to the location of the accident. However each member of the was phenomenal. They cared and handled my car as if it was their own. Each member was professional and knowledgeable in their field. Prices were affordable shipping was fast and I was back on the road in no time. Management and staff displayed extreme patience and stellar customer service and teamwork. I’d definitely recommend this location for all your tire, brake, and related services needed. Honestly I've never had a bad experience as of yet. I've had oil changes, purchased tires, minor repair. I bring all of my vehicles there if something is needed. Everyone is courteous and professional. Willie always has the answers whenever I have questions and has a knack for helping me understand without much effort. Keep up the good work. Oh and I also believe they are competitively priced. Will use again and I always refer my friends there.

WARNING! This place is horrible!!!!! I had a small leak in my MEAND NEW tire. So I decided to go in for a patch. I sat there for 4 hours! They told me it would be a 30 minute wait. Well they told me they could not find the leak and DESTROYED MY NEW TIRE! They broke the bead and put all kinds of bead seal to hide their mistakes!!! I showed the manager! ( in the picture) like dude this was so messed up! They ruin my tire because they’re not good enough to find it! I should have known when I seen a lot of people walking in and complaining about the work they did! AND THEY HAD GREAS ALL OVER MY BRAND NEW SEATS AND STIRRING WHEEL! Guys avoid at all coast! The management is a joke! My car came out WAY WORSE THEN IT WENT IN! I’m a hard working man and expect people to treat my property with respect! They definitely jut there for a check. I seen people walk in and they would say” not our problem “ HORRIBLE!

Needed a tire fixed so I brought it to Mavis. They were extremely helpful. Landon made sure I could drive with my spare tire to run errands while they fixed my tire. Last month we bought a set of tires for my expedition. They had the best price in town. Mavis is the place to go for your tire needs and you won’t be disappointed!

Very friendly staff and great service done at a good timely manner! 10 out of 10 I recommend!
