Immediately suspected when looking around with 10 minutes to spare with my laptop on the back. Asked to leave, instead of asked what I need… sweet team. Will go to Home Depot/Lowes where I can carry my valuables. Superior technical knowledge, not really caring about customers though

Terrible customer service. Went up to the older tall guy with glasses and potbelly and said “excuse me “ as I needed help locating an item. He snapped at me “What!” So I asked him where the item was that I was looking for. “It’s over there!” in a very rude way. I absolutely will not patronize a business that treats its customers like that. Will not go purchase one more item from that place.

I had a window that was stuck open. I came in for WD40 and within 3 minutes, I was helped to find a better product, checked out at the register and on my way out the door. And, as a plus, it worked! Really great service. Thank you!
