Laziest, rude, useless, grumpy employees.
The chain should seriously consider properly training them in customer service.
Having a good attitude never kills anyone.
Hopefully, everything is good in their employees' lives, something definitely should be going wrong to have that attitude.

When you purchase a phone (IPhone 11 256 Gb) that cost 21,000 pesos or approximately $932 US dollars, you expect the experience to be good, hopefully great, but this was more like going to an cheap grocery store with no customer service. The phone was purchased for my girlfriend, a first time iPhone owner, she wanted to return the phone immediately because they didn’t take the time to show her how it worked or even set up her Apple ID. . We had to contact Apple support to finally be able to download apps. Apple should take this franchise location away from the current owner’s. I will be buying a new SE shortly, but will not return EVER to any MacStore. Buy somewhere else! ¡No compres aquí! Horrible servicio, falta de atención al cliente.

Very helpful and fairly probably priced. I took my nephew there to get a new charger for his I pad and we got exactly what we needed.
