Thanks to Tim for a great buying experience, we drove 700 miles to purchase the Pride Wrangler Scooter. I called Tim to put a down payment because it would be two weeks until we picked it up, he would not take a payment because he said that’s not the way he does business. So he held the scooter and opened on a Sunday morning so we could pick it up, he explained all the features and helped me load it in my mini van. A great place and a great man to do business with, if we need something else we will make the drive instead of buying on the internet. Thanks Again Bob and Mary Rubicon, WI

Tim had the exact scooter we needed and held it for us until we got there to pick it up. It was all set-up, fully charged and ready for our trip. it's great!

I have gotten both service and purchased a used scooter from Tim. He has come to my home as I did not have any way to get the scooter home or bring it in for repair. By the way, he disposed of my old scooter at no charge and that was a big worry off my back! He came to my home 3 times in the past year to help me out at no extra charge and I live outside of St Cloud. He gives outstanding service and has quality products!! He very much cares and understands the issues facing the disabled. He always explains my options and has always done his best to work with me and the funds I have to work with. I have not gotten this level of service or support any place else I have been to!! Thank You Tim!

We had a great experience. We went into the shop not knowing much about scooters. Tim was extremely patient and thoroughly answered every question we had. He was honest and only offered scooters that fit my grandmother’s needs. The fair price included delivery which was convenient. Would highly recommend.
