MG Puerto Vallarta - Venta Autos

Please consider before buying MG. I have yet to have my car delivered and they expect me to pay for a car I have no received, seen or even driven. Their customer service and lack of professionalism is insane to me with so much competition. I regret ever walking in. Save the headache and buy somewhere else.

I tell you what.... MG GT + FLOSOL MG PUERTO VALLARTA are just a bad combination of a bad quality product and horrible customer service! IT HONESTLY CANNOT GET ANY WORSE THAN THIS! WATCH OUT!!! Do a due diligence investigation of their products, their VERY limited service! My car was towed yesterday to their shop at 10am and I am yet to hear from someone. NO LUCK getting answers about the status on my vehicle at their shop.

Terrible service, they say one thing and then another about the failure of my car. The car is new and already has defects, it turned off like that out of nowhere and I took it to the agency and what is the battery? In the end, it was bought there and days later the new battery leaks acid. They were told about that issue and they didn't resolve anything. My car has been there for more than a month and the stones that are going to be changed have not arrived and after all this time I have to wait and continue paying my monthly payments for a car that I am not using. Terrible, I don't recommend it at all... Better look for other more recognized brands.

Totally bad experience with MG Puerto Vallarta. They are incompetent to resolve problems with the vehicles they sell you. They don't answer calls, you have to insist too much. Afterwards, they receive your unit for some warranty issue and they do not contact you, they do not inform you, the information they give you is verbal and they contradict themselves when they respond to you on WhatsApp. They treat you as a liar even if you have proof of what they have told you on WhatsApp. They tell you that the vehicle is being inspected, time passes and since they do not inform you, you go to ask in person and you realize that your car was protected, that is, they tell you that they are inspecting and in reality it is a lie. They threaten to take away your warranty but they do not comply at the time you demand. They tell you that they already ordered the parts and it is not true. They delivered my vehicle exactly the same as I left it at the agency. That is, without solving anything. You ask for phone numbers and emails from the corporate office and they give you fake numbers (in my case they gave me the Renault Zacatecas phone number, when I requested the MG Plant phone number) and emails that don't work. In short, my car has had a report since September 26, 2023, they received it until October 27, and since then, today is November 29 and they have solved absolutely nothing. I do not recommend MG Puerto Vallarta. The vehicles are excellent, but the service is terrible. I know three MG clients who have been struggling even longer than I have.

The service is poor and incompetent, they take a long time to diagnose the problem, I do not recommend it at all, be careful with this agency, look for other maracas, is my advice.
