I contacted this number regarding a tailgating driver and once you stopped you couldn't even see his head lights. The rude guy that answered the phone had no concern said it wasn't one of his driver's he could have given me a corporate office number he showed zero concern if it was his family I think he would have been extremely concerned. Need better Training with the folks answering the phone. I will reach out to Corporate.
