Been shopping here for some time now. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Yesterday, I had to put down my daughters dog. As a “treat” for him we walked him through this location as it was his first store he’s ever been in. And it was his last. I want to thank all the staff that greeted him and gave him a smiles or a pat.
The staff in store are as pleasant as can be expected. Twice now, however, I have made large purchases online to be picked up curbside and had their credit department fill my credit card with pre-authorizarion charges, only to have my card declined for being maxed out, and shut off by my bank for suspected fraud. In store employees have no way to fix the issue, but are aware it is a recurring problem. Lowe's corporate needs to fix this mess.
Lowe's is stating that all the kitchen cabinets I ordered were delivered when they were not! Customer service was unhelpful and stated that the freight company said it was delivered. I have tried multiple times explaining that only part of the order was received. I filed a dispute with Lowe's credit card company that the purchase was through. They denied the claim. I have had to reorder the missing items. I would like them to refund the over $2100 that is the total of the missing items. So far they have done NOTHING. This has been a horrible experience. I wish this company was honorable and would do the right thing but they have not. I used to love shopping there but this will make it difficult to ever do business with them again unless it is the only option.
Just went and got my online order from Lowe's and I was impressed.
Ordered some joint mud for drywall yesterday night, and went and picked it up today in the morning. They had me go to some lockers, scan the barcode I got from my phone, the locker door opened on its own, got my stuff, closed the door, and I was done. Quick, easy, efficient, and everything worked with no problems. Love it. Thank you :)
Dave in the customer service/returns area is just a great guy. I had a big project where I was often in/out with the need to return items, etc... He was always friendly, funny, and personable. Great guy. Lowes has been my go to for home improvement and service like this makes it the best!
