Always an enjoyale shopping experience at my local Lowes on N. Nevada Avenue. Primarily, the best team members are in the Returns/Pickup location near the front exit doors. In fact, the staff member who helped me today, and has handled both my pickup orders and my returns in the past, Alyssa, walks on water and eats fire in my Big Book about Excellent Customer Service. Alyssa is always friendly, professional, and knows her job very well; and that makes for even better service. 5 Thumbs Up to Lowe's and to Alyssa.

Updated from 1 star due to local store team(Nathan and Juan) taking care of my issues. Props to those guys. They provided the display model shelf to fix the issue and provided a discount on the fridge for the troubles. I don't know that I would trust Lowes delivery ever again but the local store possess customer service not found from the call center.
DON'T USE LOWES DELIVERY!!! Outsource deliveries to 3rd party and Lowes takes NO OWNERSHIP of issues. Damaged walls, trim, broke parts on fridge. Promised replacement part but didn't deliver. Told me to order a $250 replacement shelf from manufacturer. I work in customer service and this company has none when an issue happens. Don't bother calling customer service. They won't help.

We are disappointed in Lowes and the third party delivery service they use. We ordered a $3k GE profile refrigerator with a Saturday delivery. On Friday we get all the confirmation texts and a 2-6pm delivery window on Saturday. At 7:40pm, still no delivery, so we call the delivery service. Turns out the delivery wasn't even on the truck because "they couldn't find it" . So it's not like they were running behind, there was no intention to deliver. No communication, no updates and the online status kept reporting "delayed, but we're working on it". Real first world problems here but we missed a dinner with friends because we were waiting and still have no fridge. The representative was all to happy to just cancel the order for us, noting this has been happening a lot. This isn't the right company for us if losing a $3k sale isn't seen a blip in their day. We will try local.

A nice lady escorted me from spot to spot filling out my checklist. I went to check out and realized that I had forgotten something. The cashier sent a different employee to get the item that I was missing. I was very impressed with the help that I received.
