Seldom has what I’m looking for. Hardware department is sparce on inventory always. Drawers empty or disorganized. Graded bolts hardly available. What they do have? Has shoulders on the bolts. Useless for most applications. Nice people but again most of the time? I leave without finding what I needed specifically. Asked for taps for steel? Oh you walked past it! Again missing basic inventory always.
Miss Mitzie is outstanding and super helpful and friendly to the customers. Also very smart and efficient at the checkouts too! Keep up the great work attitude and nice smile too.
Waited for 20 minutes for help trying to looking at thermostats that were locked up. Saw the one I wanted up high on their shelving unit and climbed to retrieve it myself. Went to customer service to complain but after waiting for 15 minutes and no manager showed up it became clear the leadership is the downfall of this establishment. What a joke. While the call was going over the intercom for 20 minutes plus requesting help at the thermostats there were also calls for paint and power tools going unanswered. Camden Lowe’s must be a self service store, the employees are just there for stocking shelves I guess. Taking the ride to dover to hit home depot is well worth it
Return clerks aggressively tried to charge an extra 20% restocking fee after 3 days of the order date for small standard non-custom fixtures and items, even though this was not listed anywhere on the receipt, Lowe’s item webpage, or refund policy online. Especially unreasonable as the order took 3 days to even arrive, and I made the return the very next day after I received the items. Will avoid purchasing from here in the future.
As a realtor, I'm always going into homes and seeing these really cool DIY projects that I simply must do to my own home. So I end up at Lowe's 3 times a week. 😎 I always find what I need and the staff is always fantastic. There is one specific employee who I developed a friendship with a few months back over a dishwasher that should have been at the Camden store but was shipped to the Dover store instead and she helped me figure out what happened. Moral of the story is to order it yourself. She to this day gives me a hard time and I love it. Thanks guys!
