Good afternoon, I was at the vivo store in Mateus Leme..with my girlfriend to rescue the number in which she had suffered an armed robbery...the manager named Renata Cristina informed us that to retrieve the number, original documents would be needed. ..as a person who was robbed would have original documents....as you always informed us that it would be the company's norm..I believe that you should be more concerned with resolving customer problems within the possible conditions...as certain norms do not keeps the company afloat... not to mention that she is very arrogant, informing us that customers could complain to Vivo that nothing was given to her because she has been with Vivo for five years and has never given anything and one more complaint would continue to lead to nothing. .....so in conclusion..I stayed tuned because if tomorrow.the Mateus vivo store were to stop me from operating..remember that it was bad management..com that contributed to this happening
I went to solve a problem that not even the store itself solved for me and the manager Renata resolved it with great willingness even though it wasn't her store's mistake. I think they should improve the service at their own store since it is ''own'', you know, a problem that could have been resolved a while ago, they didn't solve it and the one here solved it, thank you very much!! SHOW
Great service, the girls are super polite and attentive, they helped me with my problem even without me buying anything, they treated me very well *——* I highly recommend
I was well attended, but the fact that they did not write down my address correctly gave me a lot of headache later...
For the work as a whole, note 2 is a good size...
I was assisted by the attendant Yara to make a family plan, I was very well attended to, I arrived with the store closing, and she attended to me even beyond opening hours. Excellent service from everyone.
