Lincoln PASA Condesa

Very bad service, the reception of the units was super bad, they did not give us the details of the mileage or any information, they did not send the order via WhatsApp when indicated, I had to go personally so that the executive Arturo Orozco who is not from Lincoln but from Ford will send me the order, the photos do not come as the agency normally does and now they want to charge me for a review that they did not do. I will file my corresponding complaint for the service

Excellent experience. The maintenance of the 30K was very fast and of high quality. The best thing was the valet service, they returned the car home at the agreed time.

High service in its price and on top of bad service, they left my battery dirty and full of sulfuric acid which is corrosive and they do not take the Hassle of cleaning it
