I bought a havaiana to give as a gift to a hidden friend on 12/22/23, I was not informed that I would only change it after Christmas ... Zero cordiality in the service to inform about it the other day (they showed me a piece of paper stuck to the counter and the other at the switch). I went to the store on 407 south where the service was completely different, super attentive and friendly.... I'm glad the service is not standardized, because if it were me I would never use a havaiana again.
Super rude and rude employee, I went to the store, with 10 minutes to close but the staff simply lowered the door, and turned away without giving an explanation, I called her and pretended not to hear…. I won't come back even if it's free
Terrible attendance.
There are no employees there, there are product delivery people. There is no attention and empathy. If you have a problem with a product - forget it, they won't give you an alternative, you will be treated with total indifference.
Exchange, problem with product, is a hook to sell more and gain customer loyalty, but they haven't realized that yet. Unfortunate!
