Took my son here last week to find new shoes for school. Found out that he graduated to a men's size 10, which was already a lot for me to take (he's 11), but then he was asked to choose whether he'd like a light or dark color. No option of browsing the store, the sales woman just brought out a couple pairs of $140 Brooks shoes and we were supposed to choose. Also, she didn't believe him when he insisted the shoes were too big. I asked to see a couple other brands that were less expensive, and honestly felt at this point like we were wasting her time. When I said we would need to think about the $100 pair, she took the shoes and left -- no thank you for coming in, or anything. It was so bizarre and unexpected, especially since my mom had a good experience with them just a couple months ago. Went to DSW the next day where he was measured at an 8.5 and were given advice on brands, tips, etc. for his flat feet. Plus, we spent $25 less. I rarely write reviews but the interaction at Laurie's hit me so wrong that I've been thinking about it for a week. Hoping we just visited on an off day, but be cautious about the customer service in case this is a trend.

Absolutely amazing service from the team here. I was in and out, but also learned so much about how my feet fit to my shoes. If you have been struggling to find the right fit, highly recommend stopping into this place. You’re not going to pay any less online, so just stop on in!

Salesperson could have been gentler with my foot and asked me to remove the shoe. Bit too rough. Loved the shoe though. He didn't go too big like last person did from there did.

I’m not sure how to describe my bizarre experience but I’m glad I purchased my shoes online instead. First, parking lot terrible with people parking not even in parking spots. Next, once my number was called I immediately received a patronizing attitude from the associate suggesting I had been wearing the wrong shoe size, I wear a size 9 in Nike shoes. I can confidently say that is untrue given my over 30 years of experience wearing shoes. I even confirmed my crazy going to another shoe store and trying on Nike shoes at the larger size. Definitely not a size 10. The shoes I was shopping for were On shoes as directed by my doctor and they do run small (validated that with a simple google search) and so upsizing was appropriate for these shoes in this situation. However, I was suggested by the associate to even upsize to an 11 which probably would’ve fallen off my foot! Perhaps they had an excess of size 10/11s and we’re trying to sell them off. After trying them on I decided I did like them but only wanted a white pair. I was told it would take two weeks to arrive! I don’t know if they convince other customers in waiting two weeks when you can go online an order them from the manufacturer to arrive in 3 days. So all in all, I’m glad I was able to try them on but also glad I purchased them online. I likely will never have a need to go back to this store.

This is the best shoe place in St. Louis. The staff greet you at the door & are super excited to help you find the exact pair of shoes that you are looking for. They have the best selection in town & are very willing to pull out every pair of shoes you need to make your final choice. Patrick waited on us, and he was great! Very patient & knowledgeable of shoes available in our sizes. There is a super positive atmosphere in the store, & everyone is wearing a smile. They really know their stuff & can find you the exact shoe(s) you are looking for.
