La Copa Bar

We came here looking for a cocktail, assuming that based on the reviews and photos that there would be robust offerings by experienced bartenders. Unfortunately this place fell flat. The drink menu was limited and for all the various ingredients visible, the bartender could not go off piste and suggest something to fit our drink preferences. The drink ordered was quite syrupy and made with flat Topo Chico. For $320 MXN I personally think they should have been able to crack a fresh bottle of sparkling water. We suspected the bartender was somewhat new, but there were half a dozen staff members floating around, so was surprised to see no one else lending a hand given that we were the only folks in the bar. We thought it a little strange that we were sat at the bar despite a room full of empty tables. We had planned to order food, but were too off put by the drink experience that we opted not to. Maybe this was a great place for a drink at sometime in the past - and has potential to be a nice option - but it’s really lost its lustre. Too many great places to choose from in Todos for this one to be at the top of your list.

La Copa Bar in The Todos Santos Inn is dark wood, leather, beautiful frescoes and paintings, brilliant mixologists, charred ancho chilis under glass with smoked bourbon, charred habanero-infused tequila in your smoky, spicy margarita and a ton of fun. The bartenders are a blast and happy to make anything you want from their cache of bitters, infusions, herbs, salts and liquor. The vibe is great! We had a great time.

Easily the most sophisticated cocktail bar in town. Saddle up to the bar and get ready for an array of amazing work from the bartenders. It's located inside the Todos Santos Inn and just off the main tourist strip (thankfully). La Copa is a must visit.

Great experience - very speakeasy. I wouldn't change a thing. What I appreciate the most of this place is the old authentic décor. It feels real, not pretentious - the clientele here are the people who can pay for a good drink and stay the evening enjoying a good chat with the great cocktail masters that work there. This is not a place for cheap tourists or cheap loud music. An extremely nice jewel in Todos Santos. Please make sure to go and the the beautiful wood bar and décor - say hello to the bartenders -go for a drink and you will leave with a good friend.

We only had drinks here but they were fantastic! It was as if the bar tenders were performance artists, they were such professionals. We had some mezcal drinks that were smoked under glass domes. I’ll be dreaming about them! The atmosphere was classy and very comfortable. I highly recommend this spot as a must do when in Todos Santos.
