We ask for help three times and was told to see the cashier
Then when we were place our order of what we needed we was told location but we didn’t get help to find it
We ask again for more help when another customer got us some one to help
Turns out the first person we ask for help then try to help He acted as if he didn’t know what we ask for
We returned to cashiers to pay for items and we started over with placing order
Not very helpful or friendly
Ordered online to pick-up in store tried calling 2 days in a row from 9am till 5pm no one answered i tried emailing acehardware985@gmail but never got a response. These are not good business practices i hate giving money to lowes and home depot but at least they answer i researched into franchisee requirements and to run the store u have to have a working phone if enough of us complain to corporate office maybe the lazy pathetic Mr Knight will start doing right by customers having to give a star just to post is a star too many
I kept calling the phone number on the website but it was out of order. Travelled 17 miles to go to the hardware store for a switch. They didn’t have the switch and the cashier said they do not have a phone.
So if you want to call to see if they have something in stock you’re out of luck. I will not waste my time going again.
Mixed been in and everyone was very nice, other times some downright rude and ignored Me. Calling on the phone is same thing called 7 different occasions and only talked to someone once
Stopped by for concrete pads. They had small volume of several sizes. I wanted 4 but was only able to buy 3. Staff was courteous and one young worker helped load the concrete into our car.
