Kirkin recently installed a new roof with solar shingles on my house and I am extremely happy with the outcome! To start with, I was provided with the most thorough quote and proposal that I’ve ever gotten for a service. The team at Kirkin was able to provide support and answer any questions that came up during the loan and application process, and they worked closely with me to schedule my install. The crew came out on time (was actually a bit early) and got right to work. They were in contact with me the whole time to keep me informed of the progress and what to expect. The job was completed quickly and it looks phenomenal. I had high expectations and they were able to meet and exceed them! I will definitely be recommending Kirkin to anyone else looking for roof repairs and replacement.

Couldn't be happier with Kirkin! We started talking with Dan back in 2020 about replacing our roof, but then...COVID. Fast forward to 2022, and when we reached back out he didn't miss a beat. Dan has the patience of a saint, with my million questions...And the solar shingles sealed the deal! They look so much nicer then traditional solar panels. From start to finish Dan's team was proactive in their communication, professional and made sure to keep things neat. When we had an issue with a gutter, Dan & Andrew worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. You really can't go wrong with Kirkin. They really are "one of the good ones"

Great experience with Kirkin. I had solicited a few roofing companies and all were very good. Dan’s presentation just stood out, as he explained everything in great detail. The team keeps you completely informed of the process throughout the project. The end result was a high quality installation. I definitely recommend Kirkin Exteriors for any roofing project.

Kirkin has done work for two different family members, so I had Kirkin come out and assess a leak we were having below a dormer window. Their representative went into the interior of the room that the dormer was in. He determined that replacing the siding on the outside of the dormer would resolve the situation. Since he was in the interior of the room and knew that my house is very old, it seemed reasonable for me to believe they would use the proper equipment for the specific job. After the work was completed the nails that Kirkin used came through the interior walls. See pictures. This is the response I received from Danielle, one of the owners: "Yes, I have reviewed your project and images. I am sorry this happened to your home. We used standard materials that we use on every job. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the interior of a property as this could possibly be the framing methods being different? I understand where you are coming from as a homeowner, and this would be an unforeseen circumstance as we install all projects the same way. I hope you can understand where we are coming from." It would seem that they only do standard work.

Kirkin did a repair job on our screened in porch roof. It blended so well, that we thought it had not been done. We were not home at the time of the repair. After receiving photos of the repairs, we were sure it was completed. Now we will wait for a rainy day/night and hope for no more leaks! Communication with the company was great, but I think the workers should leave some evidence (paperwork, perhaps?) that they came to the site, if no one is home.
