They’re super busy at the pharmacy most of the time, Kinney ought to open a small branch in South Barre to take some stress off. They do the best they can and they are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Just too much business. And with Montpelier location temporarily closed there more volume. So try to leave the attitude at home when you visit.

This pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. My husband served 43 years active duty in the USN and I never had any problems with any pharmacy until I moved to VT and made the big mistake of using them because the DOD chose them and Walgreens to serve us. Well when I have called them they don't answer the phone and I am disconnected. Even when the woman at the front of the store tried to call them they don't answer the phone for her. In the last two days I have spent six or more hours calling their pharmacy and no one answers. So I am going to do the smart thing and never go into that store for anything and use Walgrens. They answer their phone very quickly and the pharmacists are very helpful. I am going to contact military friends who live here in VT and start up a group to see they do not use them in the future. I will not stop my goal to see they lose as many customers that it affects them financially. Now off to Yelp and every other website where I can warn people about Kinney Drugs in Berlin.

Pharmacy sucked I waited on the drive up window for 20 mins then I go in and they r talking like every one acts like the lines not to the door but talking about ur family and whatever.....hello talk on ur own time

I went to this Kenny Drug Store today and had a great experience. I have only filled a few Prescriptions here previously but the computers were up to date and had my info from last visit. Although it was a little wait time, that's to be expected I believe at any Pharmacy. It takes time to process insurance info. Etc... this store as so many different items, it's really neat that they offer so many different products. All the employees I dealt with today were extremely pleasant and overall I believe that this is a great place to shop and fill prescriptions. Thanks Kenny Drugs

The wait to get prescription is crazy. I call in refills and its takes 3 weeks for them to get them items needed and its an every month prescription. They need some serious good help too. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW
