Excellent place, the agency staff is pleasantly attentive and respectful. In the services area (this is the area I visit) the agents offer you a souvenir for your visit, in addition to serving you very well. They solve all your doubts without problem. Regarding costs, I don't know a little if they are the most accessible, but they do a good job, if they do. That is based on my experience and the visits I have made. They give you good customer service

I received the unit without problem in a timely manner. I am delighted with the quality of the product. (12/01/2023) I performed the first service (10k kms/ 6ms). The experience was first class, from reception, documentation, diagnosis, and service, to delivery. I received notification of all movement of my unit, and multimedia evidence. They offered me brake and alignment service at a promotional price that they honored in the final payment note. I am totally satisfied with what Kia Serdán offers. Hoping they continue to offer top-notch care.
