Very bad experience, I bought a Kia Rio on September 19, they delivered it to me and on October 4, I went to the workshop for transmission warranty and to date nothing has been resolved for me, pure lies they bring me the first and last bad choice, today it has been 26 days and I They say that there is a 50% probability that this is the part. I mean, as possible, it is a new car. The most logical thing is, if I fail, I will put a new transmission in. You are buying a new car, not a semi-new car.
One takes the car to the agency to continue with the guarantees and trusting in the services but this last time I had a very bad experience with the workshop, even though the services/diagnoses are not cheap, in August I took it for its normal inspection. KM and they did not detect a single problem with my battery, I started to feel problems in the car and 1 month later (now September) I took it for inspection, AGAIN THEY CHARGED ME IN FULL.
Already in this review it turned out that my "battery was not original" that the cables and many things around my battery had been corroded. From one month to the next without getting involved or having had any mishap, they came out with all this and wanted to charge me 10 thousand to fix the problem.
Customer service doesn't respond to me at all, I wanted to file a complaint and investigate because my car diagnoses are so different from one month to the next and they still don't respond.
