I brought my car for service and they keep me waiting way to long .

While the sales experience is great, the post sale service is quite deficient. Bad attitude, no solutions given, extremely long response times, appointments are a huge mess (you can do it from their website but once you arrive they say is not existing), out of several Kia dealerships this has been the worst.

Excellent service!!! Blanca showed me all options in great detail. She helped me with all aspects of the buy out... Really appreciated her professional approach.
