Watch Out !! We ordered a new car at this dealership. We paid an advance and waited several months. Every time the car came that we ordered they gave it to someone else. We buy Cash, they prefer to sell at credit . The General Manager of this dealership is only interested in his daily sales. Words like customer satisfaction, sales service and loyalty mean nothing here. After 6 months waiting we never got our car and cancelled. If you want to buy cash, don’t go to this Agency !!

The service department was stellar. I cannot say enough on how professional they sre.

Lazy, this week at Kia dealer, Car in for service. told it was ready, stopped in, service dept dead. One worker there on her phone texting or facebook. Asked to get my car, she said which service writer, gave her name, "She's out to lunch. When she get back she will help you. O I gave her a piece of my mind, she just looked at her phone and kept texting. I found someone to go back to service and get me my car. Years ago I worked as service writer at Dodge, If had ever did this, would be fired fast. Service means service not texting friends.

Horrible customer service. Leaves you waiting, I asked for info being send by whatsapp info of the vehicles that just went to see. I was left waiting after talking to the seller at the dealer and show him the vehicles I had interest in. Wasting my time.

Bought our new Sportage here. Customer service was very good.
