Good customer service Attentive and knowledgeable of Kia cars and trucks

Very bad service they don’t give u the service u as a customer deserve I bought a 2020 vehicle and they don’t validate the warranty of the vehicle. They’re always giving me the runaround we’ve got to the point that they argue with us regarding the issue that my car is presenting. I don’t recommend them. The car is awesome. It’s a great car but the service that Kia peninsula gives it’s the worst ever. They only care about selling and not the need of a customer.

Had my car serviced here. Roberto who speaks English was great. He is friendly , efficient (as is the servicing-dropped off at 0930, ready by 1315 ) and a real gentleman. Would highly recommend.

My experience has been great with each visit, as I talk with Moises, who speaks English and is very knowledgeable on the new Kia Soul that I bought. Also up in the latest technology that is needed to know the benefits of the new vehicles. I am very thankful to meet and know him, and his loving family.

There is always great attention and service.
