The attention is good, they do take care of the cars ok but a bit on the expensive side for service and parts

Terrible customer service and vehicle maintenance, they constantly change personnel and do not answer calls or hang up on them. We have had to take our car to maintenance due to mechanical problems and on the first occasion they returned it to us after two weeks and investing $20,000 and promising us that it would not fail again, a few days ago we had to take it to maintenance again for the same problem, making sure that the same day they would call us to tell us what the problem was but we did not receive the call, we had to call after a week to find out what was wrong and they only told us that they have not even checked the car. We have tried to call but they do not receive our calls and when someone answers and they direct the call to a manager, the call is hung up.
