I was very interested in the río hb (I am talking about kia on mty mx). 1st. The lady was very attentive-but resulted that after a week we "closed" deal, she was fired for giving out wrong info. 2nd I was assigned a new guy. Not the best actitudes either. Mentioned my rate increased and I had to pay more 3rd in no point after my first rep was fired, was I notified she was fired and she still gave me info and details 4th this place was not giving me best cs so I ended up cancelling. And I am on the 20th business day and my refund/cancelation is still no where near done

I'm surprised at the negative reviews I've read about this place. I bought my car here and have had regular maintenance done here 5 times, and I had repairs done once when someone rear-ended me, and I've only ever had good service, from the initial sales representatives to the people who attended me today for my most recent maintenance. (Not to mention the car itself, which I've had for almost 3 years and I really like.) Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend this agency.

I went to see the Kia Niro 2023, which is beautiful on its own. We were assigned a sales rep and he was not the best guy... i literally asked "tell me about the Niro" expecting some information about the drive (since they didn't have it for test-driving) or contrasts vs the other SUVs he just said "well, it's cool". I had to ask every single thing to get information, he was just there to sit down and look pretty. We went elsewhere. It's a very clean place, though...

is kind of terrible service. never answer call. and when they delay never feedback to customers.

Terrible service. They try to be sneaky and don’t tell you about extra charges.
