Kia Diamante

Sales service is poor. Did not seem Intersted in selling a vehicle. Went with Hyundai (same manufacturer, Hyundai owns Kia) great. Vehicles and best warranties but Hyundai Diamante has been excellent so far with their sales and customer service. Kia totally lost a sale. 2 stars instead of 1 because the vehicles are good.

It is an excellent agency with good service, the receptionist assisted me immediately and in general the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Excellent customer service, plus its facilities are spacious and clean. I recommend KIA Acapulco to anyone looking for a car with the 3 B's.
