They were initially awesome to work with, until it came time to do the work. The roofing crew just shingled over an obvious dip close to the crest of the roof. They were there 12 hours that day. There's no way they didn't see it. They had to come back and fix it the next day. They removed the gutter screens and left several of them thrown on the ground at the back of the house. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard, and on my driveway. After they finished our Direct TV wasn't working and we couldn't fix it from the trouble shooting menu. We thought maybe it just needed to be recalibrated. Direct TV sent a service rep. Come to find out when they moved the satellite dish to do that part of the roof they bent it. Instead of saying anything they just put it back where it was . Called the business answering service days ago, no response.

For the last two days our apartment complex has been turned into a chaotic mess. Over 50 workers decended and made and ungodly mess, parking on the sidewalks, tearing up our parking lot and the turf and grass. The kid in charge responded grass grows back in a rude and uncaring fashion. Informing me they can park where ever they want and "it will all be cleaned up" yesterday I had to walk over nails covering the side walk, while gas generators screamed next to my window and blocked my exit to the parking lot. I can only describe this group as an unprofessional group of Thug like cheap labor. Sure they get the low bid, they care Nothing for the people who live where they are working. I will have to document all the damage and mess they leave behind. I do not recommend this company. They have no respect.

Keith's roofing far exceeded my expectations. From the quote to the crew, every part was great. The crew did a great job and did an excellent cleanup afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone, needing a shingle roof.

Called Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement to work on a metal roof that was leaking. Strung me along for several days. The first call I was told they would come out and take a look. That never happened. After several days and 5 calls/messages left with answering service which had no idea why I was not getting a call back , I finally heard back a week later that they have no interest on working on metal roofs. I could have had this repaired by now if I wasn't strung along for over a week. If you are not interested in the job, or do not want to work on metal roofs, just let me know so I can find someone that wants to work. It's fine if Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement does not want to work on metal roofs, but tell me that during the first phone call. This set me back over a week. This is just disrespectful and bad business . Common courtesy goes a long way in business especially in rural areas where your name and word is your bond. You don't have that you don't have anything. Could possible be in business 30 years due to captive audience . Folks have little choice in roofers in area, not a lot of competition in rural areas unfortunately. . Bottom line if you have a metal roof that needs repair look elsewhere, Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement is not interested. It will save you time not calling Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement for this type of job.

Had Keith’s roofing replace my roof because of hail damage the old roof wasn’t leaking but needed to be replaced they showed up got the job done it looked good but when the first big rain came I had a leak I called them and they came out with some silicone and put under one of the shingles it stopped the leak about a year later I had another leak so I called and again pulled out the silicone it stopped it for awhile but then almost a year later yet another leak I called them out and here they came with their silicone so I called back and said this silicone is not the fix and they need to fix the problem so the owner came out and took a look and said that there wasn’t a leak where they have been siliconing but he would fix it anyway well now he won’t answer my calls or message back definitely don’t use this company they are cons and not professional at all
