Karsten's Ace Hardware

I really enjoy this hardware store. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always have the items I need. The prices are pretty fair as well. They bring in new plants and soil regularly so I can get all my gardening supplies. I also find nice holiday decor at this location.

This location lost the business of general supply for 10 restaurants today, typically I get great service; The manager working in the key department got agitated as I was looking to understand the key policy more. Other locations take my ID down for "do not duplicate" keys. I totally understand policy and process, however the employee was steamrolling his resounding "no" when all I needed was an explanation and detail of what specifics of a document is required for my employees. I'm not going to waste my time arguing for an answer. I'll find a location that can communicate effectively . I figured, why spend any money here. It may be convenient, but we choose where we spend our money, this employee should be coached to understand this.I put my supplies back and left.

One of the best Aces I've gone to, but it does depend on what you're looking for, because they're all privately owned so not all Aces have the same inventory so it's good to get the App. As far as hardware goes, they have pretty much any size specialty bolt you are looking for. They have a HUGE selection of spray paint for any application. You can get duplicate keys and fobs for your car, tools, garden, home improvement, you know the stuff you expect at a hardware store and great staff, super friendly and knowledgeable.
