Not sure how many stars to give but today was a fiasco. Went at 10:50 for an 11am tune up. They had overbooked themselves by quite a lot. There were a lot of unhappy people waiting there. Sat there for 2 hours waiting to have the car checked in. The woman took our paperwork and disappeared. We had to make a big fuss. Then they tried to put us in a choferpro with another person, but we were late for an appointment and had to complain again. To be fair, the woman apologized when we picked up the car, but the last time we were there, they tried to sell us unnecessary tires and new brakes which this time they said weren't necessary. The hood wasn't closed when we left. The time before that, we asked them to check a tire that was leaking air, and they didn't find the screw that was in it. Just after the service we went on a trip and our tire went flat on the highway. This time, they called my phone instead of my husband's phone to get permission to work on a tire. I didn't get the call, and they didn't even try to call him, even though he checked the car in. Several other small things weren't great with the services. We asked to talk to the service manage and that person wasn't there. Not a big surprise. I don't think that another Kia is in our future.
Disappointed in the service. My car went into repair due to an accident, and whether or not they gave me proper follow-up, the day I picked up my unit I did not deserve good attention, not even a bottle of water or a coffee, much less directed me with who should attend to me. And to make matters worse, they gave me the extremely dirty vehicle, as if it had been abandoned. The car is new, it had been delivered to me just a couple of months ago, and it was always clean inside. And worst of all, they didn't offer me any alternative solution. How unfortunate.

They seemed to be in a rush and were not very attentive. They "washed" our car, and it looked terrible.
