Came in at 7:15pm and staff had closed gate. I had initially called to see what time store closes and it says 9pm. Staff tried to ignore me and said “she had to go home”. Call before you travel- they close the store when they want to. Just needed to exchange a size.

Prices are high, but expected. Sales staff is super kind and helpful. Although I didn’t purchase the day I went, I’d happily recommend.

The website said that they were open until 9:30pm, I called at 8:50 to ask them to put shoes on hold and they did. they didnt even tell me that they were going to be closing earlier than expected. They even asked if I was coming in that night to get the 2 pairs of shoes and I said yes. I was driving all the way from Philadelphia to get 2 pairs of shoes. I arrived at 9:05 and the gate was down and they were closed. There were 3 younger employees in there and they said that they were closed and tried not to make eye contact with me. I questioned them because I just got off the phone with one of the guy's and asked why they closed early because the website said 9:30pm and noone told me when I called that they were closing at 9. I'm really upset that I drove from Philadelphia and they closed because they just wanted to leave early. Very unprofessional!!

Great experience staff very helpful. Loida and Shanta didn't have the size I needed offered to order for me they weren't available. I will return.

Expensive but nice place when u need uggs and timberlands good time there customer service was very good.
