Customer service was very good, exactly what everyone wants and expects when shopping. The 2 young girls were polite, helpful and happily engaged in fun small talk with my wife and I. My wife was looking for a business casual boot she could wear to work. She was familiar with the Dr. Martens brand was pleased to find a dark boot that would work. They had her size in stock, and the price was fair. She also wanted a boot for outdoors in the winter slush. We found 1 North Face boot that she liked the fit and general look, but she wanted a different color. I found it on the Journey's website. But when the girl helping tried to order it through their internal system, it was completely out of stock. No biggy, it happens. Both my wife and teenage daughter enjoy the shoes and accessories offered by Journeys. The only reason I am giving this store a 4-star review instead of 5 is that we wish it were just a bit bigger and carried more selection and inventory. I'm sure we would frequent the store more often.

Every time I come in here it feels like I'm being harassed. I was looking at the different shoes they had, picked one up and immediately was asked if they could get it in a certain size for me. That itself is no problem and I appreciated it. I told them I'd let them know if I needed help. I looked for another minute and was asked again. And, again, I said I would let them know. Around the third or fourth time I was asked, I was completely turned off and had to leave. There's a difference between good customer service and being uncomfortably overbearing.

The crew here is awesome! Special thanks to Emily for spending the time helping me find a fit in Doc Martens and guiding me through all the Crazy options in color, size and construction materials. This was no easy task, but she was clearly well trained and invested in her own stash of multiple Docs! Kindly appreciated

I found vans that I couldn't find at the vans store. There are lots of different kinds of many different brands of shoes! My sister announced that she wanted high top converse a few days before Christmas, I couldn't get them any where else but I was able to find the perfect ones her!
