The manager is on some sort of power trip. I returned some shoes and went back to purchase them again and wasn’t allowed to because they were now on sale. When I initially ordered the girl who helped me didn’t apply my reward coupon so I just wanted to return and repurchase with my reward however since the day I went in they were now running a sale they wouldn’t let me rebuy them. I sent my husband to purchase them literally a few minuetes later and “they were misplaced and out of stock” Just turned around and ordered online. Wait times were crazy. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for high quality customer service.

We love this store. It’s one of the only good shoe stores left in the area. That being said, they way corporate makes the employees get on their knees for customers to help try on shoes is extremely uncomfortable, old fashioned, and out of touch with current customer wants. It’s creepy and unnecessary. Stop making them do that.

This place is Awsome! I was in there just last week while I was in there the staff was very helpful the girl working was trying to help someone with headphones in and the lady yelled at her saying to leave her alone she was listening to music some of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves especially when they work in customer service!

The staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable! Brook was very professional and made all the difference in our shopping experience. We will definitely come back!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I walked in on Friday 9/16/22 having the exact shoe and size in mind for a birthday present, I waited around for about 5 minutes with no one up front and hearing laughter from the back. Finally a girl with shaved hair came up front and asked what shoe I wanted but seemed very annoyed that I would be asking for a shoe, even though it’s a shoe store. After another 5-7 minutes went by and more laughter in the back she came out just to tell me they didn’t even have the shoe, even though the shoe I gave her was the size I needed. She said that the shoes up front are only displays and are not to be sold. She told me to have a good day as if I was ready to leave even though I was still looking for shoes. I felt very rushed and unimportant, which should not be the case considering I was trying to buy a $250 pair of shoes. Will not EVER be back after this experience.
