Terrible service I stood in line for 30 minutes. It was only 1 lady with her kids at the register trien to connect to h&m WiFi so she could get a coupon but IT WAS NOT WORKING. Other associates were ringing customers up then would hurry up & walk away. Then another associate rung somebody up & again was trien to connect them to h&m WiFi which WAS NOT WORKING. I was literally second in line & watched 4 people get out before me. I will never come back here again. They literally acted like they did not see me standing in line.
Went in today with my two daughters when I say nobody spoke to us nobody spoke to us! Nobody acknowledged me and my children were there except one person who wasn’t even supposed to greet us. One girl just kept staring at us and still didn’t ask if we needed help. As soon as an older couple walked in they spoke so I guess they assumed we didn’t have any money but I had more than enough in my purse. I asked my daughter do we look like we don’t have any money or something? Never will I go in to that store again I will purchase my items online and not with that company. They were profiling us and it’s not ok and you are supposed to speak to all customers not ones you “assume” have money. That literally made me upset wow!
Worst customer experience ever! Came here a month or so ago. Prior to my incident I had made an expensive purchase, I then realized I had gotten a wrong size and decided to exchange/return my purchase. Came in, my mother was accompanying me that day. An American young girl with many piercings on her face (employee) approached us upon on our arrival and offered to help. She seemed nice at first, I was wrong. My mother is a bit old of age so she has the habit of doing things a bit more slow. The employee was not being patient whatsoever, while my mother was trying to decide what item she wanted to exchange with, I could tell the employee was just over it. The employee was just rolling her eyes while my mother was deciding what she wanted. If you don't have patience you shouldn't have offered your help then. She then proceeds to check us out at the register with the most awful over it attitude. I was asking questions about the shoes and etc. and the employee started raising her voice while answering my questions. Not sure why she had a big attitude, but it indeed was a horrible experience.
Jorge was extremely friendly and helpful today. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I had called beforehand and Matthew had kindly put my shoes on hold. It was there waiting on me with no complications. Such great staff! 10/10 would recommend this location.
Great location in this mall with more shoe options than most Journeys stores have. Plenty of seats in the middle of the store to sit and rest or to try on shoes. They have a lot of shoes of different sizes in the back. Just ask the employees and they can help you out.
Tip: search online for any deals going on to help you save money on shoes.
