They got kick up all over this place, nice ppl clean store

As I walked inside the employee sat behind the register, never looking up from his phone. I was inside for about 10 mins & at no point was I acknowledged. When I realized I wouldn’t be helped, I walked over, greeted him & asked if he had a particular ugg in stock. Before I could finish the question he said “Nope”. I must’ve been interrupting his busy schedule. Customer service at this location was nonexistent.

We bought 2 pair of shoes today.Zach was fantastic!! My grandson is 9 years old it is very hard to find shoes that fit him properly. Zach brought out a bunch of shoes tell he found the ones that fit him correctly. He is fantastic at his job and customer service. We will be buying all his shoes here from this point on and I will be telling everyone about the great service we received today.

I mean…. It’s a journeys…. The customer service was terrible. The employee was rude and not helpful once so ever.

Great staff! Libby took the time to catch me up to speed on their newest Ugg’s even though I was just window shopping. Will be back for those Ugg’s!
