Rad staff who are going to help you get the right shoe. Great advice and willingness to run back and check the sizes without making you feel weird and genuinely hyped to help you find what you are looking for. This girl with braids and glasses helped me and honestly changed how I get shoes and I cannot thank her enough. I want to say her name is Qiwana but I’m probably butchering it so badly(sorry!). This other guy with a curly side swoop top hairstyle helped my boyfriend and he was great too! Great team at Journey’s!

They had what I was looking for in addition to a decent selection but the staff were barely helpful and took 20 minutes to bring me one pair of shoes to try on. Worth it for the selection but not the staff.
